The Dream Team (Post 1990)
A couple friends and I were discussing how much younger players have gotten recently. General Managers these days let go of former stars once their prime has passed. Leading us to wonder, what would the "Dream Team" of players from the steroid era on be like? Here is the list. (This list is an opinion and in no way is it official)

Great idea. Adam Dunn is great but not great enough while David Price has no business being in consideration. Besides, neither of those two played in the 90s. One note: A-Rodd played shortstop in the 90s. Here is mine:
C- Jorge Posada
1B- Mark McGwire
2B- Jeff Kent- Great power at 2B
SS- Alex Rodriguez
LF- Barry Bonds
CF- Ken Griffey Jr.
RF- Sammy Sosa
DH: Edgar Martinez
SP- Randy Johnson
SP- Greg Maddux
SP- Pedro Martinez
SP- John Smoltz
SP- David Cone
RP- Eric Gagne
RP- Trevor Hoffman
RP- Tom Gordon
RP- Jesse Orosco
RP- Ramiro Mendoza
CL- Mariano Rivera
Notables:
Ivan Rodriguez
Nomar Garciapparra
Cal Ripken Jr.
Derek Jeter
Larry Walker
Manny Ramirez

I know A-Rod played SS, but there weren't any GREAT 3rd basemen unless you use Ripken. Regardless, I think Rodriguez-Ripken cover the left side of the infield. You didn't include a 3rd baseman in your list. And while I do agree that players like Hoffman are nothing short of legendary, I recognize him as a closer. The best was and is Mariano, so I left Trevor off of the list. But your list is solid, Thanks for the comment Joe!
