I agree with everything you just wrote down, except for Pujols. I would put Loney in that slot because he made a ton of big plays this year defensively.

Gold Glove awards are always hard to pick because you can't just look at 1 game or statitstics to make your judgement. You have to see an entire season's worth of plays to decide. I actually did originally put Loney, but I switched to Pujols at the last minute. I'm POSITIVE I have a good reason why, but I honestly can't remember the reason right now. Sorry Joe, but you're right, Loney does deserve a gold glove. I did put him in the honorable mentions, so I did recognize him.

Stephen Drew deserves a gold glove he has fielded the most innings and he deserves it. DDRRRRREEEWWWW

Jay Bruce is the best Right Fielder in baseball today absent Ichiro for his name not to be on this list is an insult to the Gold Glove...as insulting as Palmero's win despite playing 12 games at 1B the entire season!

This is a National League list. Of course Ichiro won't be on it.

Jay Bruce and Joey Votto should get gold gloves this year. No better right fielder than Jay and Joey can out play Albert at First any day.
