Who has the softest hands? (Stats as of September 24th)
Catcher: Joe Mauer (52 SB, 19 CS, 27%)
1B: Mark Teixeira (1231.2 INN, 3 errors)
2B: Robinson Cano (1330 INN, 3 errors)
3B: Alex Rodriguez (985.0 INN, 6 errors)

P: Mark Buerhle (198.1 INN, 0 errors)
Honorable Mentions:
Ben Zobrist. He played in 143 games with 0 errors. However, due to his versatility, it will be tough for him to win an award at any position. He played in 108 games as an outfielder, but that simply won't be enough to win the award.
JD Drew: (1063 INN, 0 errors, 1 Assist)
Casey Kotchman: (957.2 INN, 1 error)
Fact: The left side of the Red Sox infield from opening day (Marco Scutaro and Adrian Beltre) were acquired in the offseason to help out the defense. They had 18 errors each, for a combined 36. The opening day starters for the Yankees however, (Alex Rodiguez and Derek Jeter) had a combined 12 errors. The Red Sox duo had 3x as many errors.
What do you think? Who will win the Gold Glove Award? Also, if you have a topic you would like to have discussed, post it in the comments here and I'll get to the topic as soon as possible. And remember, 2-3 articles every week in October and an INA article every Saturday. So remember to follow this blog and check back often!

Anything or Everything?
I've come to the conclusion that this entire list is complete garbage. Mark Teixiera is having the worst defensive year of his career. He has a UZR of -2.9 for the year. Meaning an average first baseman would save the yankees 2.9 runs.
